Rolling

Rolling conducted in certain parts of the tank, ie the shell plate, accessories hand rail or other facilities to be installed following the surface of the shell. The term commonly used in plate rolling is usually done for bending pipes or structural material. The technique used is not much different it just depends on the type of material that will be rolled / bend. Labelling

Tagging / labeling done so that the material that has been fabricated in accordance with the image and avoid the occurrence of incorrectly installed during setup in the project where possible fabrication remote locations with the Project. The marking should be done with the method of numbering that have been in bakukan particularly for project-related and that rule should have been socialized in the related project, this is for the same understanding on numbering and facilitate coordination. The marking is done after the material is completed in the fabrication and prior to delivery keproyek and should pour into the details of the travel permit / way bill of materials.

Shipping

Materials that are ready to be sent to the first project done packing, this packing must fit the size and shape of the material to be sent and must be consecutive to each other (avoid sending the material at random) this is to avoid damage during shipping and to avoid materials sent can not be installed because of incompatibilities between the installation purposes and are sent. Likewise, the material that is as accessories numbering and tagging is the need to avoid the wrong pairs. To avoid risk of damage during loading and unloading the tools must be adapted to lift the material to be removed it is often overlooked in making preparations.
