Quality :
Fitness for use; meets intended purpose, performs satisfactory in service for a specified time.
Quality Assurance (QA)
Planned, systematic procedures and actions to assure that the engineering design, materials, equipment, structures, and systems comprising a facility will, on completion, conform to specified requirements and meet the intended purpose.
Quality Control (QC)
Part of quality assurance which, through check, reviews, measurements, test, inspections, determine the specifications are met
TQC in Japan
Now Japan is the one of state in the word which is leading in supplying product with high quality standard. The product is acceptable and use in word wide. Japan has succeeded for implementing the Total quality Control (TQC). The following activities is the one of proven evident report which already done to reach and develop the Japanese TQC :
